An Enjoyable Read

Most of us know Gok Wan from the televison programme How to Look Good Naked, where we see a very fun loving, confident and  wonderful Gok transform women by teaching them about their body shape and giving them the confidence to love their bodies again. (Rack and bangers are the words that come to mind right now)

I often wondered how Gok shared so much empathy with the ladies on the show, by reading Gok's autobiography "Through Thick and Thin" I learned exactly why. Through Thick and Thin is so honest, it made me both laugh and cry. Gok has to be admired for having the strength and courage as he too has faced some of the issues that the women present to him on "How To Look Good Naked".
